Efforts across the enterprise have resulted in a significant change in the enterprise Customer Relationship Management (eCRM) application and will require all current users (e.g., Command Pay Personnel Administrators (CPPA), TSC Clerks, TSC Supervisors, and Tier II personnel) to complete and document the updated training prior to the application deployment date. 3. The purpose of this message is to identify the location of the required internet based training, the training timeline, and the process for documenting the completion of the trainings for our CPPAs. 4. The new CPPA training course is located at https:(double slash)rise.articulate.com/share/3XU1GWwraDqJtsXnNUCRrjPreIJ6pLAO#/ and will be available for access and completion effective 26 April 2023. CPPAs shall complete this training no later than 7 June 2023. 5. To ensure training completion is accurately recorded, ensure CPPAs specify the completion of the *eCRM Refactor* training via e-Learning (i.e., Articulate). 6.
